Photos and Description of the Piedralaves vacation house rental
Nice and calm property surrounded with nature in the heart of the Tietar Valley

The estate have a wide garden (around 1.200 Sq.meters) only for household use. The property have a nice swimming pool of over 50 Sq. meters for the exclusive use of the guests and additional common

spaces around with fruit trees and 2 large barbecues.

All the accommodations are fully equipped, including bed linen and towels.

During the operating months there is a daily cleaning maintenaince of the swimming pool (usually from May 1 until September 30, although that period can be extended or reduced depending of the weather and occupation).

Special offers for long stay in low season. No pets allowed.

If you came with little kids there are baby cots & high chairs for babies availables including in the price. The swimming pool area is fenced to prevent accidental access by children.

Our holiday homes are in the the ancient castillean village of Piedralaves (province of Avila) exactly in the high Valle del Tietar (Gredos Mountains), very close to the natural swimming pools, called 'the granddaughter' and 'grandmother'. It is very nice and the views from the house are spectaculars (green pine mountains all around, the 'serradilla' and Lanchamala peaks- Gredos Range, Tietar River Valley, all very quiet and relaxing.

On one hand you can breathe peace, and for the other hand you are only at 5 minutes, giving a short walk from the historic & commercial village center.

Outdoor activities: horse riding, trecking, swimming, fishing, hiking, walking gastro tours, paintball, etc..

Notes: It is a big and very hospitable ideal house to spend a weekend or a few vacations. It has chimney in the Lounge. It is very nice and cool in summer and tremendously cozy in winter.

Lovely apartment with pool - great value

Great place for a Whitsun escape from the UK! Spacious apartment in friendly local village (absolutely NOBODY spoke English!). Everything we needed was there. The pool was superb - and we had it to ourselves for 6 of the 7 days. Lovely outdoor eating table and BBQ too. Strolled into the village a couple of days for great lunches in local restaurants. Loved the hike to the Laguna Grande in the Gredos mountains = excellent. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience the real Spain (my son is learning Spanish!).
