The property comprises of a lovely terrace apartment with a stunning view over the river that sleeps up to 6 people and a separate River View Studio perfect for a couple and a toddler. Situated on the 3rd and 4th floor of a 18th century building in a serene and stylish atmosphere, right behind the cathedral, only two minutes away from cafés, wine bars, restaurants and shops. Just 20 meters from the riverbank and 1 mile from the sea.

A spacious and luminous terrace apartment with a view over the Temo river and the surrounding countryside. A 110 m² apartment on the 3rd and 4th floor of an ancient 18th century building. Recently refurbished, it comprises of a comfortable living room with kitchen, right in front of the terrace with a 2.5 m by 4 m window that opens completely. The sleeping area comprises of a spacious double bedroom with a walking wardrobe and plenty of storage room. It has a direct beautiful view on the medieval quarter and the castle. The second bedroom is also very spacious with 2 single beds. Furthermore it has a wide mezzanine that sleeps two people. The bathroom is well lit by a dormer window, with shower, toilet and bidet. A corridor and a storage room complete the features of a very elegant property that combines a modern style with an ambience and romance of the past.

Bosa is a lovely small coastal town with the only navigable river in Sardinia, over viewed by the Serravalle Castle. Its historical centre has tiny medieval streets with pastel coloured tower houses as well as a cathedral and many smaller churches. A Romanesque church, San Pietro Extramuros, is located 1 kilometre further up the river inland from Bosa. There are several restaurants where to enjoy the local cuisine based on fish and seafood and plenty of bars where to taste a glass of the Malvasia, Bosa’s lovely desert wine . The coastline nearby has many small cove beaches, with clear, clean turquoise water. Bosa Marina beach, just a mile away, is a long stretch of golden sand where you will find all tourist facilities, pedaloe and rubber dinghy hire, jet-ski and even a windsurfing club. Modolo, Magomadas are amongst several attractive villages nearby, with some beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. Tinnura, known as the 'village of murals' is also worth a visit.

Great apartment - wonderful place

??This summer we had a lovely stay in the apartment at Corso Vittorio Emanuele. We - i.e. 2 adults and 3 children at the ages 6, 9 and 12 - loved it all: the view, the light, the coolness in the hall, the afternoon heat, the evenings on the terrasse and the glockenspiel from the church. Our neighbour brought us plums from his garden and his wife admired our children. What a hospitality. Bosa is beautiful and charming and we felt very welcome and appreciated everywhere - not only as tourists, but as visitors.
Besides wandering the streets, reading books, taking naps in the afternoons and eating ice cream in the cafés we went swimming and snorkling at Bosa Marina and different places along the coast. By the way: We can highly recommend the scenic eveningtour on the river.
The owners of the apartment were extremely kind and helpful from the very first contact and they made us feel welcome even before we arrived. All agreements were kept 100% and everything was tidy and nice at your arrival.

Beautiful Bosa

Bosa is a wonderful place to stay, this being our third holiday there. Marco, Alessandra and Aldo were a pleasure to deal with and most helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. The many steps to the top of the building kept us fit during our stay! Sunshine, turquoise sea, fantastic beaches, great restaurants, and of course, ice cream...what more do you need? I, for one, had to be pushed onto the plane to return to grey, wet, Ireland. We look forward to escaping to Bosa again.

Cosy appartment with great view!

We had a very nice stay in this cosy appartment in Bosa. The big terrace has an excellent view over the river, the hillside and up to the castle, The owners and the caretaker were very friendly. Although I enjoyed the appartment very much, I do not reccomend it to families with small children. We travelled with two small children, and we all had to sleep in the main bedroom. The other bedroom was in the floor below and with very steep stairs/ladder. Also the appartment is filled with antiques, wich could be expensive if broken. If you dont mind stairs and enjoy a decorative appartement with great views this place is a very good choice!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

This modern appartment is very tidy and clean. It has a spacious living room which is charming decorated. The terrace is sunny and bigger than expected. It has a nice river view. The appartment is a very nice place to relax. Bosa is also a very good location for daytrips in the surrounding area.

The Terrace in Bosa

Our stay in Bosa was excellent. The terrace apartment was more than we had expected...convenient, well furnished and provided with all the necessaries for a comfortable stay. The steps to apartment even ensured our daily exercise was provided for! The apartment affords wonderful picture-postcard views of the river immediately in front, the town and surrounding countryside.

The apartment was clean and well maintained and provided with a small, well equipped, easy-to-use kitchen. While it could cater for up to six people we were only two and used only the main living areas. A good supply of high quality linen was included. The mezzanine and lower floors have plenty of space but no separate bathroom facilities. TV, (why would one want to watch it?) seems to be limited to Italian channels.

Its easy to like Bosa with its friendly people and ease of movement through the town and surrounding areas. We chose not to have a private vehicle and when not walking, used public buses for transport and touring in the immediate area and the surrounding towns. This arrangement worked very well although one does have to do some study of the transport facilities and be flexible in approach.

Getting to Bosa via public transport is easy too through Alghero,Oristano and /or Macomer and the buses stop close to the apartment.

Canoes and bicycles are available for hire close to the apartment and access to markets etc is good. While there are plenty of good eateries close by we often used the terrace facilities to eat in.

Bosa is a very scenic, comfortable town and the apartment reflects these characteristics.....also, with the Cathedral close by, alarm clocks are seldom necessary!

The hosts provided excellent communication and had local contacts to provide assistance and make the arrangments easy.

We had a great time and are already planning our next visit!'...
