Total 1700 sq. ft. living area. North side corner unit offering gorgeous view of the beach and spectacular sunsets. The rental fees from mid December to the end of April are January $6000/month, February, March & April $10,000, Weekly rates are rented at $2800/week. Weekly rentals are reserved on a Sat. to Sat. basis. PLEASE NOTE APRIL 2007 AVAILABLE BY THE MONTH ONLY FOR $10,000.
