Located close to Disney this townhome is a great place for the entire family. Found within the Terra Verde Resort, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has all the features you could want in a vacation rental. A gated community, with an award winning club house it is no surprise that Terra Verde is one of the most sought after vacation communities in the Orlando Area.

Featuring a queen size master bedroom and two twin bedrooms (total of four twins) there is enough room for the entire family. The upstairs features two full bathrooms with a large powder rooms downstairs.

The unit has a full kitchen with all the standard kitchen supplies, a dining room table to seat up to 8 and a relaxing living room with sofa and love seat. Cable and wi-fi are both included.

An enclosed backyard makes for a private way to relax. Patio furniture and a BBQ allow you to take your meals outside and enjoy the fantastic weather. A 5 person spa/hot tub was newly added (4/2013) and it great to unwind.

Our stay at this property was fabulous! The bedrooms are nice and roomy, and having 2 and a half baths was great. Our kids loved playing at the pool and using the clubhouse. The proximity to all the Disney parks was wonderful. After a LONG day at the parks, a 5 minute drive is fantastic.

Sarah, the owner, is AWESOME!! As this was my first rental thru VRBO, I had a lot of questions. Sarah & I emailed back and forth a dozen times and she always answered my questions with lots of information. Even when there was a mix-up (on my part) as to when we would be checking out, she was very flexible and we easily worked it out.

This townhouse is perfect for families with small kids all the way up to teens. It would also be great for a girls getaway. We're hoping to take a trip in the fall or next spring again so hopefully we can use this property again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We rented this wonderful condo for a fishing trip and it's exactly what we were looking for. This was our 2nd time staying in Terra Verde and 1st time in this condo. We love the community and this condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. It did not have a hot tub but for our stay we did not need one and if we did feel like going to the pool it was within close walking distance. Sarah was also very easy to deal with and made booking very simple. We had no issues while on our stay and will keep this place in our minds when we decide to go back. Thank you for making our vacation pleasant.
