This is a beautiful beach front condo newly remodeled in 2009. It is a three bedroom, three bath, south side corner unit w/wrap balcony. The amenities include pool, tennis & covered parking. Weekly and monthly rentals are available on a Sat to Sat basis. The rental fees from mid December to the end of April are January $6000/month, February & March $10,000, Weekly rates are rented at $3200/week.
