Our home is fully air-conditioned/heated. A highchair, travel cot/crib and pushchair (stroller) are available for those travelling with young children. The home is fitted with an intruder alarm for your piece of mind. Complimentary wi-fi is available for all guests. A welcome pack containing basic provisions such as bread, milk, butter and fruit juice is included. We have a local management company that are available to respond to any enquiries you may encounter during your stay. Ideally located just off H192. Just 3 miles to Walt Disney World. 20 minutes to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Orlando Premium Outlets Discount Mall. 30 minutes to Universal, Islands of Adventure, International Drive, Millenia Mall, Wet 'n' Wild. 35-40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 70 minutes to Atlantic coast (Cocoa Beach), Kennedy Space Center. 75 minutes to Gulf Coast (Tampa, Clearwater).

Supermarkets - the nearest supermarket is just 1 mile away and there are other stores such as Walmart and Target within 2-3 miles.
Shopping - there is a fantastic choice of retail opportunities close-by from big brand discount stores at Orlando Premium Outlets (20 minutes drive) and Orlando Prime Outlets (30 minutes drive) to upmarket malls such as Millenia Mall and Florida Mall (both 30 minutes drive).
Eating out - Formosa Gardens, just 1 mile away, offers a good choice of restaurants including Houlihans, Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster and Giordino's. A number of good value buffet/budget restaurants are within 5-6 minutes drive including Golden Coral, Ponderosa, Bob Evans as well as the usual take-outs such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Dominos Pizza and Wendy's. A little further afield (15 minute drive) is the Downtown Disney complex offering a good choice of restaurants including Wolfgang Puck, Rainforest Cafe, Planet Hollywood, House of Blues and Fulton's Crab House.
Nightlife - Disney, Seaworld and Universal have a variety of firework displays and nighttime shows. Alternatively why not book a dinner show such as Arabian Nights or Capone's? Or visit Disney's Boardwalk complex for a drink where you can also view the Epcot fireworks display? There are also a number of night clubs and live music bars in the Orlando area including Universal Citiwalk where you can also book to see Blue Man Group.

Hot air ballooning, horse riding, visit a spa, experience the thrill of NASCAR racing at Richard Petty Driving Experience, airboat rides, helicopter trips, up close with alligators at Gatorland, visit the opera or ballet, enjoy the thrills of skydiving at Sky Venture, hangliding, become an astronaut at Kennedy Space Centre, interact with dolphins and other animals at Discovery Cove.
