About The Owner

I have owned the property since 1986 and have been personally restoring the glorious old hotel back to it's original glory days

The Owner purchased this hotel in 1986
Why The Owner chose Venice Beach

Originally built as the 'POTTER' in 1912. It was the center of Abbot Kinney's Venice of America dream of bringing a touch of Italy to California.

What makes this hotel unique

All rooms have hardwood floors and most have exposed brick walls. All rooms have mini kitchen sand private baths, some with the original claw foot tubs. We are ON Venice Beach at the heart of Venice Beach CA.
