What a wonderful vibrant loft

We stayed for 3 night in this great downtown space and were very pleased with the feel, the amenities, the cleanliness and the location. The spaciousness of the loft was a great thing to come "home" to after long days of walking around enjoying the city or returning after a short road trip to see the beautiful Asheville surroundings. This place was perfect for 2 but can easily accommodate more. We especially enjoyed the fact that it was in the heart of the action, but not too busy or noisy.

Fantastic Location!

As advertised. Excellent location! Extremely comfortable king-size bed. Very clean. Beautiful renovation on this old loft. Well equipped kitchen. Attentive owner prior to arrival and attentive property manager, though we only had 1 ~minor~ request for a hair dryer.

I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this VRBO.

I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because of two items. One, we were not used to the noise level at night. This was solved by running the ac unit as a fan for white noise. This is definitely in an active part of town, within walking distance of restaurants, brew pubs, etc., so expect a little street noise or chatter as people come and go. Two, the primary bedroom is right near the kitchen. This was not a problem for us, but if you have more than two adults or an early riser, consider which room of the two for sleeping.

We parked and didn't move from the assigned space except to go to the North Carolina State Arboretum on Sunday. We would also recommend Asheville Brewery Tours. Don't miss the French Broad Chocolate Lounge (there's an upstairs). Lexington Avenue Brewery (The Lab) also has delicious food. Wicked Weed is a highly rated brew pub and that rating is definitely earned as well for their farm-to-table menu items. Wicked Weed is a little further to walk, but well worth the effort. Jack of the Wood regularly has live music. On Friday evening when the weather is nice, there is a volunteer Drum Circle at the main park, I think it is Pack Square. There is a Whole Foods Market within walking distance. Look for the fairy door on the same block as the loft. I only saw one fairy door while we were in Asheville. We chose to visit ( and now recommend) the NC State Arboretum instead of the Biltmore House for a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

Fun and comfort in Asheville

We loved our stay in this loft right in the heart of downtown Asheville! The space had that fun funky young Asheville vibe. All the best shops (Tops for shoes, Battery Park shops) and restaurants (Curate, Table, Limones etc) were just steps away. The space was really comfortable with tons of room to spread out. The property manager and owner were incredibly nice and helpful. Exactly what we were looking for!

Gorgeous Loft, Location ++++ everything you need !

We were so happy with this loft. Spacious, CLEAN, beautifully decorated, great art ! and Location is fantastic! We were there with another couple and we had a blast ! Kitchen was great, Walk downtown,
great rest./bars and Art Galleries, antiques, loved it ! Don't forget the Biltmore Estate -short drive.
Check out the Urban Trail of local artists, The 5 Walnut Wine Bar , and Bouchon-French Comfort Food, Yummy !
Nice owners, helped us with local info. Want to come back in summer !
