The resort is about 5 years, old and starts (march 2010) to get popular with more and more bookings. The houses in basic fashion and the nature overwhelming, plus the attractive prices attract a lot of connoisseurs of the simple. For people who are looking for a wild night-life, Ubud is not the place.
For people who want to experience Balinese culture, see the ceremonies, the dances, the paintings, the sculptures, walk around and/or relax, there is plenty to do. Little children (4-8) can go to the Pelangi school if you decide to stay here for a longer period. If you are looking for a quiet villa miles away from village life this is not the place.
The house offers you a change to experience a stay in a environment friendly and ecologically sustainable compound which is part of Balinese village life. The house is for people who love to meet other people, kids usually make
Good friends when they stay here.
The house is away from everything but close enough to Ubud.
We offer 50% discount on transportation from the airport to the house.
Extra (sofa) bed requires an additional fee of $10 per night.

Returned to the UK last night and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your T House in Ubud. We found the house gorgeous: comfortable, peaceful and well equipped ( we did not think the bathroom looked old or was unhygenic and really enjoyed open air bathing!). Night-time at the T-house is especially magical, with the sounds of all the creatures around and the occasional crash of a coconut of jack-fruit hitting one of the roofs!
The staff on the complex are helpful, good humoured, generous and kind and keep the house and garden in beautiful condition. Wayan is an excellent manager and the nightwatchmen are also so helpful (gave us a lift on their mo-peds to pick up a take away from Ubud!). The massages from the lovely women who work at the T-house are possibly the best value in Bali!
Putu was an excellent guide who arranged so many excellent trips for us and is such a genuine and generous person.
Overall, we had a great time, really relaxing and now depressed to be back in the UK, where it is raining very heavily!

checked out many places around Ubud but liked this the most.
socialising is never so easy as in the T-house.
Good for families with kids
Ubud is a tourist town because of the unique geographical location and vegetation, the temples, and the culture, which presents itself in dancing, painting, sculpture and music and a lot of ceremonies. For a first stay a week is enough but if you really want to feel and go a bit deeper stay 10 to 14 days, the location is excellent.
Because, beaches and mountains are within easy reach. In general is not a place for beer drinking, partying Aussies with hardly any real interest in the culture, they are better of in Kuta Beach. It’s a place for contemplation, walking, biking, not to forget shopping, and relaxing. Massages, spa's, yoga it’s all there in large quantities and qualities.
