Cape Coral House Rental Photos and Description
House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
Get ready to be enchanted! Bayside is a lovely Yacht Club home with French doors and upscale touches throughout. A 2013 Hurricane 2200DC SunDeck boat is docked behind the house and included in your rental.
Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this lovely three bedroom, three bath home house includes a surround sound stereo system, granite countertops, and a fireplace in the master suite. The screened lanai and pool area overlook the large private dock on Cape Coral’s 300 foot wide Bimini Canal. It is not uncommon to see dolphins swimming by and a family of manatees has also been sighted on occasion! There is a resident blue heron and lots of boat traffic to make lounging poolside a constant source of entertainment.
Your boat is kept on a lift at your dock and upon your arrival a licensed boat captain will take you on a short tour (one to two hours) to show you all needed instruction like safety features, marinas, shallow water areas and canal/river markers. The boat has been upgraded with most of the optional equipment offered for the model, such as a Ipod system with four speakers, swim ladders off the front and back, a live well and an in-dash fish finder. The Hurricane 2200DC SunDeck has two Captains chairs and is the most popular and sought after boat in Florida. Cruise to Sanibel and Captiva Islands or use the on-the-water dining guide we provide to decide where to dock for lunch or dinner.
If you’re a golfer, you can play any of the more than 50 golf courses in our area. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.

Bayside is our holiday home providing us the needed break from our stressed filled lives. We love Cape Coral, the yacht club in particular, because it is close to everything we need while still providing us quick access to our beautiful gulf island beaches. We love the fantastic weather that Florida offers and of course the ocean and its abundant wildlife and beautiful beaches. We especially love the cute docile Manatees we see at our dock, and the thrill of interacting with a pod of dolphins riding the wake and jumping behind our boat. The people are fantastic and we have made many friends.

Why Tom chose Cape Coral
A wide, deep canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico was our primary reason for choosing Bayside. As it has always been our intention to offer a Cape Coral boat rental with our home, its close proximity to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel island and Captiva island make it an excellent choice for anyone who loves the water.
It didn't hurt that the house had just been renovated by a skilled Naples contractor and had all the finishes we love. The double french doors and nickle and brass hardware are exactly what we had put in our previous home on the Stamford Sound in Connecticut (featured in the movie 'Reservation Road'.)
What makes this house unique
I think the advantages of staying at Bayside are all about its location. For the most part, vacation rentals in this area are clean and comfortable, but they don't all provide the privacy of a wide water view with western exposure, or have the amazing Bimini Canal with its big boat traffic and wildlife. And they are not all within sight of the river and just six minutes from the main channel on the Caloosahatchee, nor are they so close to all the area beaches and islands.
If you want to avoid long canal and river boat trips at slow wake speeds, or traffic jams at boat locks and boat lifts so that you maximize your Cape Coral boating time exploring barrier islands and beaches only accessible by boat, then this is the right vacation rental for you.
