It’s completely furnished and includes a brand new 42” LED TV with Dish network. Enjoy staying at your own private residence. Sleeps 6 in 2 large bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and Queen sleeper sofa.

We purchased this home and personally love staying here and biking to local restaurants and events in this gorgeous weather. This quaint and charming neighborhood has plenty of newly remodeled homes that still have the charm of the 1950's. The neighborhood has some of the original owners as well as young urban professionals. We love the convenience and watching the runners, bikers, and people out and about with their pets!
This property backs the Arizona Canal trail which is perfect access to bike, walk, or run to many of the local restaurants with outdoor dog-friendly patios catering to outdoor enthusiasts and 'foodies.' It also has direct views of Camelback Mountain from the back patio which is great to enjoy with morning coffee. The neighborhood is friendly & social, which makes for a most enjoyable stay.
We stayed here on a last minute request, we decided to get out for some nice weather. Kristin & Andy were very accommodating. The backyard was perfect for our dogs as was the walking trail on the canal. There were so many dog friendly locations in the area. The home was darling and well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would recommend to others that want to stay in this area, without a doubt!
The rental worked out well for us during our week long stay. I was taking a class at the Scottsdale Art School and my husband went to some spring training games, so the location was really good for us. We enjoyed the walks along the back in the mornings and being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Any question or concern I had, Kristen was quick to respond to.
We had a great month long stay in this immaculate house. It fit our needs and the owners, Andy and Kristen, went out of their way to provide a crib for our visiting grand daughter. We were very appreciative as it was one less item our daughter had to rent locally. This house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is very convenient to the airport, Papago park and Scottsdale. We enjoyed walking and biking (we loved the two cruisers provided by the hosts!) in the local area and as well on the canal trail directly behind the property. The view of Camelback Mt. in the backyard was beautiful and the above normal Feb temperatures were a real treat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in the Phoenix area.
We recently relocated to Scottsdale from Hawaii for work. We needed a fully furnished home for 2 months while our household goods shipped. Our plane arrived very late and we didn't get to Montecito until almost 1am in the morning, Andy and Kristin were very helpful in making sure we had immediate access to the property. The home was clean and had all of the furnishings we needed to be comfortable for two months until we moved into our new home. They were very professional and kept up on yard maintenance. The home has a wonderful view of Camelback and is literally on the bike/running path. He literally pushed his bike out the back gate and had miles upon miles of pathway. The home is very centrally located. It is close to multiple grocery stores, health clubs, high end shopping, target, restaurants, and everything in between. We moved with our little schnauzers and the photos do no do justice to the size of the large fenced yard. It is literally a 10 minute straight shot to the airport. The entire time we stayed at Montecito both Andy and Kristin were very responsive via email, phone, and text. Our "move-out" date changed constantly as we were waiting to close on our home. They were very accommodating to every request we had. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family if they ever had the need.
I leased "Monte" for an extended time while getting to know my way around Phoenix. This little gem is so comfortable and inviting. It is recently remodeled, perfectly furnished and outfitted. There is a great view of Camelback Mountain from the back yard and the canal is just outside the backyard gate for fun bike rides around town. I really liked that it is centrally located and access to anywhere was 10 minutes, including the airport. Most of all, Andy and Kristin are wonderful hosts who are very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Monte is a magical little place.

We rented this home for a few days to chill out in Scottsdale. My goodness, what a pleasure. Staying at this home significantly enhanced our Arizona adventure.
It was clean, spacious as we needed, and just a short walk to downtown Scottsdale.
The homes owner was a dream to work with. She totally accommodated our needs.
This was a new one....If you ask her to stock the kitchen with food you like, she will make the trip to the store, deliver it, put it away, and leave you the food bill. Does it get any better than this?
When we return to Scottsdale, we hope this home is available.
