Incredible Ocean Front Property boasting 60 Feet of Premier Southern California Coastline. This expansive home sits on a an Extra-Large corner lot on tranquil Ocean Lane. The home offers Direct Beach Access and offers Panoramic Views of the Pacific Ocean, Imperial Beach Pier, Pt. Loma, Coronado Islands, San Diego Skyline, and the mountains of La Jolla.

The House is one of the largest Ocean Front Homes in Imperial Beach. Guests enjoy 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Sleeping up to 14, with 8 in beds and bedrooms and 6 on sleeper sofas. The master bedroom has a King size bed with Jacuzzi tub, Queen beds in the other 3 bedrooms. The home has a Massive outdoor patio right on the beach, making entertaining family and friends a pleasure. The views of the Sunsets, Sparkling lights and Schools of Dolphins that swim by are exquisite.

This home is perfect for large groups or family vacations. Together, the upstairs and downstairs have 2 fully equipped kitchens and living areas. The house has a double garage and a large driveway which accommodates up to 4 large vehicles.

This home is right on the Beach. Its a great place for both Children and Adults. We keep it fully stocked with games, coloring books, boogie boards, surfboards. There are bicycles in the garage, flat screen TV's, and wireless internet. Perfect for family reunions, extended get a ways, weddings and vacations. Please Note, this is NOT a party house. It is a perfect setting for rest, relaxation and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.

About Matt Dickson

We recently bought the property in 2012. Our family enjoys the laid back, community feel of Imperial Beach. Our children love playing in the ocean and riding bikes around the estuary. We hope you will enjoy it also.

This is great location and wonderful house-- we had small family reunion for SDSU recital and graduation celebration - and ended up with 13 people sleeping over one night and there was plenty of room for entertaining- eating and sleeping for all-- great beach front - owner and property manager responded quick to any questions- it was a great experience - If you are looking-- pick this house-- I found the rate to be the same as smaller homes listed and a much better value!! very clean- you will enjoy!
