3 bed villa at the heart of the award winning Aphrodite Hills resort

Our beautiful 3 bedroom junior villa is located within 5 minutes walk of the village square, clubhouse and facilities at the 5* Aphrodite Hills resort. The accommodation is on a single level, with a large open plan living and dining area with twin patio doors leading to a large outdoor eating area with built in BBQ. The master bedroom has twin doors to the sun terrace which leads to the pool area. One of the twin rooms also have patio door access to the child safe private heated swimming pool and garden area, giving that outdoor Mediterranean feel. Upstairs there is a very large gated roof terrace with outdoor seating and for extra entertainment, table tennis. Superbly equipped and furnished, this villa is ideal whether you want a relaxing Mediterranean holiday or wish to enjoy a day on the golf course.

Golf: Within 5 minutes walk of 18-hole championship golf course, academy course and driving range. All but a few golf holes have a spectacular view of the sea and from the start of the game golfers are introduced to the history and culture of the location with an 18th Century kiln that lies in the center of the fairway of the first hole. It is a world-class, championship standard 18 hole, par 71/70 golf course, with a 350 meter double-ended driving range, including a 3 hole academy and superb short game facilities, designed by Cabell Robinson. The total course length is 6,299 meters.

Spa: The Retreat is an award winning health spa on resort. It offers an outdoor spa pool with stunning sea views, an array of therapies, massages and treatments, all set in tranquil ‘monastery inspired’ surroundings.

The Retreat is operating hours in the summer are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with treatments taking place from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Operating hours in the winter are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with treatments taking place from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Aphrodite Hills is an award winning golf and spa resort. There are several high quality restaurants, sporting activities, kids entertainment options and all within 20 minutes of Paphos.

The golf course has been built around the natural habitat and represents a challenge for all standards of golfer. The spa meanwhile offers the ultimate in peace and tranquility as well as offering many excellent and unusual treatment options.

The surrounding villages of Kouklia, Mandria and Pissouri ensure that the traditional Cypriot experience is never more than a few minutes away and offer a wide range of different cuisine alternatives.

The resort owns two separate beach clubs, giving ample opportunity to explore the coastline and is only a few minutes from the fabled birthplace of Aphrodite.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We issue full details of terms and conditions at time of inquiry.
    Where required the pool heating is charged at £150 per week. There are additional charges for items such as golf clubs, cot and high chair agreed at time of booking.
    The rate includes all linen, towels and cleaning charges. For two week bookings this includes a mid term clean and change of laundry.
  • Bookings are typically Sat to Sat but we try to be as flexible as we can outside of the peak season.
    We ask visitors to vacate the property at 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm on the day of arrival. Where we can we will try also to be flexible with this, but this will depend on other visitors and in peak periods we generally have to stick to these times.

Notes: The villa was constructed in 2008. It is finished to a very high standard with marble, leather, wood and chrome finishes throughout. The external areas are large and offer a range of seating, sun-bathing and activities such as the pool, table tennis and table football. Both the ground floor and large roof terraces have covered areas offering good shade. The golf course, hotel and spa are all within a few minutes walk from the house as are the shops and restaurants. The site is excellently appointed and is a genuine 5* resort offering the very highest in quality in all respects. Our villa is managed locally by an on-site resident family owned business, who pride themselves in making every holiday very special. The feedback we have had from every guest so far has been extremely positive and we are seeing many repeat inquiries and bookings. We have young family and have tried to ensure the property is very family friendly, the pool is gated and locks are available to use.

Just returned from Aphrodite Hills and cannot fault the resort or villa. It was everything we expected and more! High quality furnishings and linens and everything was finished to a high standard. The resort of Aphrodite Hills was fabulous. Lovely restaurants, spa, golf and if you have young children - a great play area ( which our teenagers were desperate to try!) very quaint local villages with some great Taverna's. All in all a great holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends and return ourselves.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Villa Madelini. It was exactly what we had hoped for and met every criteria we set. Modern, stylish, contemporary with a homely feel.

So many places to find sun, shade, and relaxation - lovely pool and area - perfect.

Therooms and furnishings are of a high quality and finish, ad being located so central to the Villae Square, the Hotel, Holf Lub and amenities was excellent. We will most certainly be back.

Excellent Villa

We stayed here for the 2nd part of our two week Holiday, and i'm glad we chose this Villa. The Villa itself has everything you could need, i thought i might be a bit out of breath blowing up the Lilo until my wife found a machine for it! Just what i needed. The interior has been well thought out and is a of good quality, the owner has spent a great deal of time and Money to make it look good.
The location is excellent, nice a close to the Village square and the Golf Club. The Asian Restaurant in the Village was great.

The facilities in the villa are excellent with everything you need, we found it clean and very well maintained. The pool area was ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The Aphrodite Hills resort has everything you need with restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment in the evening and they were very helpful.
You could just stay at the resort but ideally you will need a car to explore the local area and beyond. The best beaches within 30 minutes away are at Kourion, Pissouri Bay and Melandria.
Paphos is only 20 minutes away by car and is the best place to book boat trips and there is a wide seelction of restaurants. An execellent day out can be had at the Fissouri Water Park in Limassol a 40 minute drive away.
Local villages offer a selection of restaurants and local entertainment, Pissouri Village on a Wednesday provides Cypriot mucis and dancing and Kouklia Village on Fridays also provides local entertainment.
Best places to eat are Hill Side Reasturant in Pissouri, Melandria Beach Bar for fresh fish, Chris's Blue Bar at Kourion beach for lunch and early evening meals, Aspris Tavern in Kouklia.
Overall the combination of a lovely place to stay, execellent weather, friendly locals made for a wonderful holiday experience
