Spacious open plan Villa with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and deck

Lovely 4 bedroomed villa with south facing heated pool with extensive lake views. The villa is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board and space to hang washing too. There is a bathroom downstairs with toilet and sink which also has a door out to the pool area and is brilliant for getting dry and saves the children from having walk through the house.

The kitchen has a very large oven and fridge freezer with an ice maker, which is perfect for all those long cool drinks.

The house is well stocked with linen and towels and the pool area has extended decking and is protected by a lanai. The outside doors leading to the pool are alarmed to protect small children. The house has cable TV and free internet access as well as free phone calls to USA and Canada. There is also a pool heater which you may need from October to March which is charged separately.

Golfing Deals: For guests we are often able to negotiate a good deal for those who want to play golf at Remington and the sister club at Kissimmee Bay. Please ask for details when you book.

Extra Security: The community of Remington has a security barrier system which ensures that all visitors are registered as they enter for added security. Also new for 2012 is a fully monitored wireless security system fitted at the property.

Remington is one of the finest golfing and recreation communities in Central Florida on the border of Kissimmee and beautiful St Cloud. Just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 20 minutes from Disney and for the shoppers you are within easy reach of the Florida and Millennia Malls as well as Prime and Premium Outlets. As well as a Championship Golf course on site at Remington there is also a recreation centre with tennis, swimming, basketball, baseball and a gym. If you want to spend time in the Florida sunshine and explore the natural beauty away from the parks there is the nearby Lake Toho. You can go bass fishing,rent a boat or just walk and watch the wildlife and the amazing variety of birds. Just an hour away is the Atlantic coast with endless beaches at Daytona, Melbourne and Cocoa as well as the Kennedy Space Centre. On the Gulf Coast you can visit Clearwater, St Petes and Tampa.There are plenty of local shops including a 24hour Wal-Mart and a new Publix which was opened in 2012 and is just minutes from the house.

  • The master bedroom is very spacious with a large en suite bathroom with a full bath and separate shower, twin sinks and toilet. There are built in cupboards in the en suite bathroom so there is plenty of storage space. There is also a walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom with a large amount of hanging space as well as extensive drawer space in the bedroom itself. There is a TV in the bedroom and a large chair to relax in. All of the other bedrooms are very spacious and have lots of changing and storage facilities.

My family stayed here during Easter 2013. Nice villa, well layed out, with all the essentials present. The villa is ideally located for all the parks and the airport (30 mins on the toll roads). Kennedy space centre was about an hour. Anita was great, friendly, informative and punctual with the deposit return. The area is really nice (gated community), the lake and wildlife really add to the appeal. Walmart is 10 mins away and some of trip advisors best restaurants in the kissimmee area are on the drive back from the parks, ideal way to wind down after a busy day being Disney-fied!

Your house was beautiful and served our needs quite well. I loved the pond in the backyard which was wonderful for pictures. And even though we didn't use the pool it looked so inviting. There was plenty of room for myself, my parents and my bridesmaids/flowergirls to get ready before the wedding. You had the house actually feel like a homes with all the useful/needed amenties. The kitchen was supplied with the needed utensils and appliances so we could cook a delicious breakfast the morning of the wedding. Thank you for you quick replies to my questions. The directions you sent to get in the house where easy to follow which made my life so much happier since I had been dealing with wedding STRESS. I will defiantly recommend your home to any of my out of town family or friends that would like to visit.Again Thank You for sharing your home with us.

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY

Owner was very good. We needed early check-in to accommodate a flight issue and we were helped nicely.
The house was very pleasant. Everything you needed in the kitchen! House was bright, pool was clean. A nice place to stay.
My only suggestion to the owner was maybe a couple TV's in the bedrooms upstairs and an umbrella on the deck - but if those are the only suggestions I have you know you will have a great stay!!
Deposit was returned promptly and I would not hesitate to recommend this home or stay there again!!!

GOLFERs - Harmony golf preserve is about 20 minutes or so away. During November to mid January they have an all you can play member for a WEEK program for only a couple hundred dollars. Great course - great deal. We have done it several times. Also right in Remington you can book rounds (I book on Golfnow). Remington is nice course but slow on weekends it seems in the pm.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir verbrachten 5 Tage mit unserem 13jährigen Sohn in Remington. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir waren immer froh, wenn wir vom turbulenten Orlando oder den überfüllten Outlet-Malls in "unsere klimatisierte Oase" zurückkehren konnten. Am besten hat uns die Ruhe am Pool gefallen, dort konnte man herrlich relaxen. Ein Sonnenschirm fehlt dort leider. Die Eigentümerin kümmerte sich vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt in hervorragender Weise um uns. Lediglich die Überweisung der Miete nach England war umständlich durch die unterschiedlichen Währungen. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.

My family consists of my wife and I and 2 grown up kids so the layout of the accommadation suited us down to the ground with a double bed for everyone and plenty of space. The house is within easy reach of the airport and it really does only take 20 minutes door to door. The house had everything we needed although a welcome addition would have been a BBQ, which most other surrounding houses have and a welcome pack with directions to the nearest supermarket to stock supplies immediatley after arriving.
The disney/universal attractions are all easy to reach as are the premium shopping outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would reccommend the house to friends.

I will certainly make sure we provide guests with information on local supermarkets as there is a huge Walmart and a brand new Publix within a few minutes of the house. In terms of the BBQ, many guests prefer to hire one from a local company we use. They find that very convenient because they deliver to the house when they arrive and collect at the end of the holiday and the price is very reasonable.
