The rustic elegance of Promontory's Trapper Cabins was inspired by Park City's frontier history.

This exceptionally decorated Trappers’ Cabin is located just steps from the Ranch Club Compound, where you can enjoy luxurious amenities such as world-class golf, pampering spa treatments, heated pool, gym, the kids-only Kinnikinnick Cabin (there is an unaccompanied guest charge when using any of the club amenities) and the shed with restaurant, pool, bowling, movie theater, pin ball, shuffle board, art classes and numerous games.

In awarding these cabins the BUILDER'S CHOICE AWARD in 2008 the judges remarked, 'The rugged good looks of this mountain vacation home made it a clear winner. This mountain home is affectionately called a 'Trapper Cabin' but is much more than a cabin.' The cabins have won several design and building industry awards.

The cabin offers 2200+ square feet of fine living space and boasts breathtaking views of Pete Dye Golf Course and open skies. From unique finishes to top-of-the-line appliances in the gourmet kitchen, this mountain haven is the perfect place for your family to create memories that will last a lifetime. Shingle roofing, old-fashioned grid window panes and front and back porches which take advantage of the beautiful vistas complete the authentic details.

Furnishings are from Design-Within-Reach, Herman Miller and Knoll and are of top quality and comfort.

Promontory Resort provides everything you could want including hiking/biking trails that turn into cross-country ski trails in the winter. There is no need to leave the resort to feel like you are on a fantastic vacation; you can feel like you are being pampered one minute and in a wilderness preserve the next. Deer & Elk are everywhere!

Park City and Deer Valley are renowned for great restaurants, nightlife and shopping.
