There is access to a large sunny deck with Weber grilland patio furniture.

The views are fantastic - Twin Peaks to the West, the East Bay and AT&T Park. The bathroom on this level has a skylight and deluxe shower with 2 heads.

Short term preferred. America's Cup rentals are possible. Street parking is easy, Garage parking can be negotiated.
