1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with an upstairs loft and large private dock.

This quintessential cottage sleeps up to 6. The private dock is big enough to dock up to 3 boats, equipped with boat whips on one side, and there is a jet ski lift. You can enjoy views of the lake and the gorgeous Otis sunsets from almost anywhere on the property from the upstairs loft to the 4 person swing right on the water. In just a few steps you, your family and friends can be enjoying the lake!

I grew up in Suffield CT, went to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston. I currently live in San Francisco working as a pharmacist.

Why Martha Groszyk chose Otis

I have friends who have houses on the lake and spent many summers here before buying. The water is so clean and the pebble stones on the bottom of the lake in front of the house make an easy entry and exit.

What makes this cottage unique

I fell in love with this home when I first looked out the front windows and saw the lake. The siding of the house is made of boards that came from a saw mill, so no board is alike. There are also lead pained glass in the entryway to the front porch, which are very unique.
