This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, first floor, fully-equipped condominium has a gorgeous living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen. It has a large screened lanai equipped with a full outdoor kitchen. Walk out the lanai door to the magnificent river pool. It overlooks a beautiful lake with a lighted fountain.

Enjoy Broadband and WiFi 3 TVs, DVD player, VCR, stereo, and a fully functional kitchen, all in a beautiful and quiet gated community. It also has windows in the lanai for YEAR-ROUND comfort.

You can enjoy two exceptionally large heated pools (river pool and lap pool), club house, tennis courts, shuffleboard, boccie ball, and bike path. It can be your perfect dream vacation. We are located in Naples on the corner of 951 and 41, just minutes from Marco Island.

Naples offers year-round pleasures in golf, fishing, beaches, and shopping.
