ROBERTS CREEK, SUNSHINE COAST. Welcome to our charming post-and-beam craftsman family home just steps to Henderson Beach. 3 bdrms (2 queens, 1 king), 2 baths, newly reno'd kitchen /w caesar stone countertops, stainless appliances. Wooden sliding glass doors adjoin dining room and covered outdoor sitting area viewing the peaceful garden & koi pond. Unique quality features throughout incl hardwood flooring, built-in tropical aquarium, cast-iron air tight /w artisan stone hearth. Surrender into the comfort and ease of this coastal country home. Spend lazy days beach-combing, poke about the farmers market, golf one or all 3 outstanding courses (this is after all the Sunshine Coast) take an afternoon stroll to the local cafe for a sumptuous meal or hot drink, or simply cuddle up, be still and enjoy. So close (only a 40 minute ferry ride) and yet oh so far away :-)

Other amenities incl cable TV, DVD and WiFi.

About Holly Krangle

Originally from North Vancouver Barry and Holly have now been 35 year residents of the Sunshine Coast. Barry is an elementary school principal and Holly loves to manage the vacation rentals engaging in new friendships from around the globe.

Why Holly Krangle chose Roberts Creek

Entering into his 30th year of teaching, Barry was offered the opportunity to teach at the American School in Guadalajara, Mexico. We gave up everything and loaded our vehicle with excited thoughts of adventure and stories a year away would gift us. A short 12 months later on the long 5000 mile drive north realtor friends, knowing we were returning homeless, informed us of this perfect house for sale. It was love at first site by fax.

What makes this house unique

Our home was built by a single mom for her and her daughter. It had good bones, particularly the central rock hearth home to the cast iron wood stove, but hadn't the opportunity to fulfill it's true 'Arts & Craft's' potential. Barry and I let the house tell us what it wanted to become so we enjoyed every step of the renovation as it revealed our new home.

Additional information about rental rates

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment if the reservations is made within 30 days. All bookings are considered 'tentative' and subject to loss until payment and signed rental agreement are received.
Fees And Taxes A $500 damage deposit cheque is collected upon arrival and will be kept in trust and returned in full upon completion of a satisfactory inspection and if no additional costs are incurred including more than 3 hours cleaning. ($50 per person, per hour)
Cancellations: deposits are non refundable for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival. Outside of 30 days every effort will be made to re-rent the dates and, is successful may issue a refund equalling 50% of the deposit. Premature departure is liable to payment in full.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

I've stayed in Roberts Creek before and it is a beautiful, quaint little village just feet from the seashore. This lovely home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, safe for children and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. The hostess, Holly, is one of the nicest people you'll meet. She made us feel right at home. I LOVE the privacy of this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
