This beautiful 2nd floor condo offers great relaxing views of the Norman course hole 14 and the intercostal waterway after spending wonderful time at the wide beaches, the golf courses, amusement parks, or shopping. 3 minutes walk to the Ironwood sunny swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volley ball, and BBQ just cross from the building and can be seen from the second bedroom and the kitchen and overseeing Norman course hole 12. The Barefoot resort offers four signature courses Norman, Love, Fazio and Dye courses and for those who prefers to leave the resort, there are over 120 golf courses in the Grand Strand area. Barefoot marina is well equipped and offers jet ski rentals and cross from the marina you can ride the intercostal boat tour from Barefoot landing marina. Barfoot landing is the place to be in North Myrtle Beach it hosts local shops, restaurants, the Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, and the Alabama Theater. The Barefoot Resort shopping center has BI-LO opened 24 hours, and Walgreen pharmacy and across from it is CVS, and ABC store. The shopping center also has a nail salon, pizza place, Mexican restaurant, Japanese steak house and all time southern favorite Sticky Fingers restaurants.

Across the Intercostal waterway from Barefoot, you will find something for everyone. Highway 17 is the main north-south route as you exit Barefoot Resort. Along Hwy 17, you will find numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and various venues of entertainment for children and adults. There is plenty of shopping within minutes, including the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall, Broadway at the Beach (which also has a collection of celebrity restaurants) and the Coastal Grand Mall. The newest attractions in Myrtle Beach are The Freestyle Music Park, formerly the Hard Rock Theme Park. There is live entertainment and daily shows at the Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, The House of Blues and the Palace Theater. We love the beach and golf and my mother loves shopping, my young adult son likes the night clubs and surfing, and sometimes he comes alone with his college friends to rest from the collage life, my niece likes to rest and go to tan at the pool or the beach, my little 5 year old nephew loves to play at the beach and chase the birds, so it's the ultimate place for vacation for everyone and every age.

We arrived at the condo on March 22 and were met by the owner. She graciously showed us everything we needed to know and then our one month stay began. The condo is VERY well stocked with two sets of pots and pans, start up kitchen spices, cutlery, dinnerware, etc. Everything worked to perfection. We so enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the golf course and inland waterway. The beds were awesome as was the comfortable furniture in the living and dining room. A huge bonus was the inclusive long distance plan for calls in the US. We would definitely return to this condo in a heartbeat.
