Campo dei Fiori Studio Rental Photos and Description
Centrally located, newly renovated, tastefully furnished, brigon for those seek
Situated in the city centre and recently refurbished, this loft-apartment is the ideal solution for those seeking modern accommodation in the heart of Rome. The Modigliani apartment is nicely restored, well laid out, tastefully furnished, bright and cheerful. Situated in a pedestrian street off Campo de’ Fiori Square, it is an excellent home base for sightseeing and shopping trips to any of Rome’s most popular neighbourhoods. Campo de ‘Fiori Square is one of the most charming piazzas in Rome’s historic centre. Tradition has it that its name, ‘Campo dei Fiori’ literally comes from Flora, lover of Pompei, but is probably attributed to the fact that at the end of the 14th century, the piazza was briefly abandoned and turned into a field.
Today “Campo dei fiori” is one of the places that demonstrate some of Rome’s most authentic sides, from the morning with the hustle of its outside market, to late at night with its multiple bars, ice cream shops and restaurants, which animate it. It is also an area full of shops and by strolling through the winding streets you can easily reach notorious spots such as Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna.
The apartment is situated on the first floor in a characteristic building with no lift. Recently refurbished to high qualitative and aesthetic standards, it is entirely floored with honey colours parquet which enhances the use of apartment’s space as does the loft area where are situated the bedroom and bathroom. The balustrade does not divide the space rendering the apartment a loft through its communicating lower and upper levels.
The living area is an elegant space where all its elements give a sense of lightness: from the red convertible leather sofa to the glass table to the plasma tv 42’. Two large plexiglass sliding doors present a great and tasteful separation to the kitchen area which is modern and well-equipped. A red spiral staircase next to kitchen also leads to the upstairs.
A comfortable bed, a large vertical mirror and a closet make up the bedroom, separated from the bathroom by a wall made of glass block which is not only a practical solution to the area but also gives character to the apartment.
