This custom 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath ,is located on over an acre in North La Jolla. A separate attached caretaker's casita with 1 bedroom/1 bath, a full kitchen and separate parking space makes a perfect guest suite or just an additional bedroom.

This unique home was once an equestrian facility named ' Ridgeway Ranch', and has original stable doors and bricked walls. There are custom stone floors throughout, a large brick fireplace and open beamed ceilings. The chef's dream gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, Viking stove with ten burners, (3) ovens, Bosch dishwasher, Sub Zero refrigerators in both the kitchen and the bar, additional stove/ovens.

The Ridgeway Ranch Estate has the ability to accommodate 100's of party guests. Sleeps up to 18 guests too ! Plenty of parking on site and street parking as well. Unobstructed eastern view to the mountain ranges of San Diego, yet very close to the world famous beaches of La Jolla and almost always great La Jolla weather. Quiet enough for a retreat, but grand enough to be suitable for most any event. Furnishings based on the beach lifestyle of La Jolla.

We have access to event planners and have had parties as large as 500 guests for sit down dinner, bar set ups, and musical entertainment. Home is approximately 5600 square feet including the attached 800 square feet Casita which can be locked off or remain open to the main home. Separate entrance available.

The Casita is complete with Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Bed and Bath - Beautiful view of a ficus tree that has stood for over 65 years. Large garage facility and onsite laundry room.

We are born and raised San Diegan's living and raising our family in La Jolla. The kids are all grown up now and we are not needing the grand home we all enjoyed. The pride of ownership remains and the memories in a home like this are forever

Amazing warmth and historical value. Incredible unobstructed view. Large areas for weddings, retreats and get togethers with the ability to accommodate and park easily without the bother of shuttles, etc. Sleeps up to 18 comfortably, incredibly private too.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR A FAMILY REUNION AND WEDDING

We just returned from the perfect wedding. We booked this gorgeous home in La Jolla for a big family reunion followed by a wedding for 100 guests. The home is truly unique and wonderful for a large family gathering. The kitchen is a chefs delight with top of the rage appliances and it is lovely an open and airy.

The wedding itself was outside in the fabulous garden and although we had 100 guests we could easily have had more. There are cozy nooks inside and out to sit with a bottle of wine and laugh and chat and the house has been very tastefully decorated. The gardens have beautiful lush landscaping that invite you to spend hours sitting and relaxing. We didn't leave the whole time we were there it was so perfect. But the beaches, shops and restaurants are only minutes away.

I would recommend this wonderful home to anyone who is looking for either a family reunion or a truly one of a kind wedding.

The owners of the villa have a huge number of contacts and were so willing to help with any questions we had. We will never forget this wonderful slice of paradise.
