Modern Studio In Art Deco Building With Direct Access To The Beach

This 200 sqf. studio has everything you need for a perfect vacation in South Beach.

Our cozy, studio has been completely renovated, fresh paint, new: floors, bathroom, kitchen cabinets, appliances and furniture. Comfortable sleep for two. You will find our studio comfortable and very clean. Internet and cable TV included. Towels and linens are provided. Hair dryer can be provided upon request.

The property sits directly on the beach (direct access) and has a outside ocean-front pool .

The studio is located in the renovated Ocean Walk Condominium in the world-famous Art Deco District of South Beach. You are within walking/biking distance of all the excitement South Beach has to offer; beach, restaurants, cafe , nightclubs, shopping and the famous Ocean Dr and Lincoln Rd., where you will find great boutiques, outside dining and entertainment..everything.

Rental-time periods range from short term (two days minimum) to long term (months), and rates are dependent upon time of year and rental duration. Parking passes will be provided upon request.
