4 different units to suit all requests

The property is located at only 20 km from the North part of Rome and is very well connected by train, car and buses. It's the ideal place for cultural/relaxing vacation. Mornings in Rome and afternoons relaxing in the countryside with no noises and mess. It has been recently renewed so it's very functional and at only 3 kilometres there is the small Medieval village of Sacrofano where you can enjoy typical Italian food and happenings during the summer. The train is only 5 km from the house and it takes you directly to Pizza del Popolo in about 20 minutes without having the trouble to take your car with you.

Obviously you can have all kind of sports: golf, horse back riding, tennis etc...We will provide maps and facilities for your activities.

This unit is the central part of the house .It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen fully equipped and a large living room. It has a porch for outside dining and a barbecue point. In front of it there is a beautiful garden leading to the swimming pool.

Sacrofano is a medieval village typically Roman famous for horseback riding, fishing, and beautiful villas, there are plenty of typical restaurants in the village at only 3 km from the villa. Other surrounding places of interest can be Bracciano (with it's famous castle), Formello, Civitacastellana (famous for ceramic production ) and of course Rome.

Beautiful place

My family and I stayed in the Ben and Clo villas for our Italian summer vacation. The villas are beaurtiful, nicely furnished and have all amenities. Rome was a shiort ride away. The village was picturesque with great restaurants. The sisters who own the units were gracious and helpful.
I would not hesitate to recommend this vacation home or to stay there on another occasion.

Everything was excellent with our stay in unit Clo. The house is very well equipped. The place is quite but it is very easy to go to Roma by train.
The property is well maintained with a nice and spacious garden. The swimming pool is also very pleasant and always clean.
We were very happy with our stay.

The house is clean, well maintained, and owners are providing hospitable assitance and support. The house is locating on a small hill surrounded by large garden and view to surroudings is nice. I can recommend this to my friends and families having young or teenange children, or two families with totally 4 kids.
There is a nice 14m long pool (which is shared with other houses) and lots of indoor and outdoor toys available for the kids.
It is quite easy to make day time trips to Rome by train, nearest rw station is only few kilometers away. Driving distance from Fiumicino airport is less than 60km. It is possible to cook yourself in the well equipped kitchen and outdoor barbeque or go to eat in restaurants in Sacrofano village. We enjoyed during our stay in Unit Clo! Thanks for all people who were participating to housekeeping etc. during our stay."
