A beautiful, peaceful spot close to beaches

We have just returned from a 3-week holiday in this comfortable, well-equipped house. Even though the other villas on the site were occupied, it was incredibly tranquil and peaceful and we really felt that we had managed to "get away from it all." The site is well-maintained and the site managers are easy to contact and very friendly. The pool and gardens are beautiful. We made good use of the outdoor barbecue and tennis court, and our children loved the private garden. The villa is located in a rural area offering lovely walks in the pretty countryside, yet only 5 minutes' drive from supermarkets and amenities. We loved walking up the rural track every evening to say hello to the local sheep, and seeing how many unusual birds we could spot. Half an hour's drive to the stunning northern Algarve, 20 minutes' drive from the gorgeous beaches at Zambujeira and Vila Nova de Milfontes, this is a fantastic location and we were very happy here - and will definitely come back!
