2 bedroom aprtment sleeps up to 6 in Oba next to Alanya

Apartment is located in Oba, which about 15-20 minutes walk from centre. 150 meters away from sea and excellent beaches. Restaurants/bars and shops in the area. Apartment is 6 years old and has lift (4th floor), two balconies over the pool and castle view. Daily maintained swimming pool and 24 hour security. Intercom and camera system.

Wireless internet available for free of charge.

All three room has separate air condition. Apartment has a large American kitchen/dining room with all kitchen cutlery and washing machine, fridge freezer microwave toaster kettle etc.

Bedroom 1, 1 double bed wardrobe, safe dressing table.

Bedroom 2, 2 single beds wardrobe.

All beds has spare sheets.

Bathroom, large walk in shower and two washing basin and fitted cupboards, mirror, toilet.

Separete toilet and sink.

Airport transfers can be arranged with a reasonable price if required.

Oba is an excellent area to eat out and for shopping. Most developed to high standards and you can find everything you need. Clean and quite. Public transport to town centre every a few minutes if you do not want to walk. Long beaches and choice of water sports. Local market is just minutes away and twice a week for your shopping. Tesco also is 15 minutes walking distance.

Other Activities: Water sports, rafting.

Notes: Property is about 6 years old and all house hold stuff are brand new.Apartment is 4th floor and there is a lift. Overlooking to swimming pool. Castle and mountain view from balcony.All rooms are fitted with air condition. All windows are pvc and mosquito net fitted too.1 small and 1 large balcony. 24 hours security, intercom and camera system. Daily maintained swimming pool. (Due to winter season pool will be empty between December and March)There is a tennis court about 50 meters away from apartment(extra charge).24 hour automatic generator operates in case of power cuts which happens sometimes.

stayed in obasaray appartments sept 2011 for 2 weeks have been to oba quite a few times this is best appartment we have stayed in very clean very spacious all mod cons the owner suley was very helpfull appartments set in nice gardens well maintained great swimming pool gets the sun all day.app about 5 minutes walk from oba ctr plenty of restaraunts and bars about ten mins walk to beach and bus to alanya will come again thx suley.
