The city Bellinzona with its medieval fortifications belongs to the Unesco world cultural heritage. Locarno is the ideal starting point for Shopping. Beside the many shops in Locarno, Ascona with its famous lake promenade, innumerable fashion shops and art galleries is only 5 minutes from the Villa Locarno. With a 30-minutigen drive one arrives at the Shopping Malls of Lugano or the legendary market of Luino on the opposite side of the Lago. A one-hour travel leads into the north Italian fashion metropolis Milan.

The station of Locarno with its connections to Zurich and Lugano is only 10 walking minutes away from the Villa.
