4BR , 2BA, 8 - 15, Pet Friendly

Nice 1,700 sq ft 4BR home on the north shore of Lake Missaukee. Sandy beach, dock, and plenty of yard and parking space. Will accommodate 8 to 12 or more. Master bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. Another bedroom has a queen bed while 2 others have full over queen size bunks with one of them also having a twin bed. The sectional also has a pull out queen sleeper. Paddleboat included . Enough parking for cars and trailers.
About The Owner

Just purchased as our vacation ( retirement home). Will be renting it out for the next several years until we can quit our day jobs and relax on the lake. I have been renting lakefront homes all over northern Michigan for the past 15 years and we have stayed on many nice lakes, as Michigan has plenty. We chose this location for it's quiet peaceful away from it all atmosphere yet only a couple of hours from Muskegon, Lansing, Grand Rapids and Saginaw.

Why The Owner chose Lake City

No limit on the number of guests within reason. Its up to you as to how many you want to squeeze in. We are also pet friendly but request that you clean up after your pets as soon as possible. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate cars and trailers.

What makes this house unique

Ask about availability of a pontoon boat and or fishing boat, both have 40 HP motors.

On the north side of Lake Missaukee, quiet street, plenty of parking, and only minutes from town. Located between Cadillac and Houghton Lake, 30 minutes to either location. Enjoy the sandy beach and dock your boat for water skiing or fishing. pet friendly.
