Our new VERANDA condo (1st home pictured - 13 photos) undoubtedly has the Best View in Treviso Bay! Our plans are to live in this Veranda home from December 2014 to April 2015. As it is our 2nd home, it is available for selective off-season rental from May - November. It is NOT available for in-season rental.

What is really cool about this location is strapping my golf clubs to my back late in the day, stepping out to the 11th tee and playing a few holes before dark. TPC Treviso Bay is by far the best bundled golf rental in Naples. Unlimited golf (w/$25 cart fee per person) included with $250 association transfer fee. Book readily available priority tee times 10 days in advance. TPC Treviso Bay boasts 18 holes of picturesque and beautifully maintained golf. The course is designed by Arthur Hills, a true legend in golf course design. His goal was to create a 'unique and truly memorable golf course.' You will discover a new challenge every round!
The community is truly beautiful and the location to the beach or downtown Naples is incredible. Downtown Naples offers theatre, unique shopping and fine dining only 15 minutes from your door. Beautiful Marco island is also a 15 minute drive.

Our story is that we are a “looking to retire within the next 5 years” couple from NJ.
Per chance, on our first vacation to Naples, we rented one of the first condos finished at Treviso Bay for January 2013. By the end of week 1, we were the proud owners of a new Terrace Condo unit, which is pictured here. We immediately furnished the condo for us and rented it from mid-February through mid-April, 2013. Two more Treviso Bay opportunities popped-up and by December we were the proud owners of 2 new Verandas on the golf course - the one pictured here is now our second home. Bang! Bang! Bang! It was like having unexpected triplets!
Why Stuart Axelrod chose Lely
Why did we buy the Terrace Condo in the first place? For the same reason you should: Initially, we started out wanting to spend 1 month in the winter at Treviso Bay and rent out for the other 2 seasonal months to offset most of our costs. We could come or have family come at other times during the year. If we could rent some other month’s off-season, which we have been able to do with aggressive pricing, it would be a bonus.
So our experience here is:
1 - The Terrace Condo is now a furnished rental only unit, which means a seasonal rental, which means you can’t count on more than 3 months rental/year. Seasonal rental is in very high demand, which is why you are reading this. I am now getting 5+ rental inquiries a day - increasing rapidly. However, it was never my intention to own 3 condos. That is why the Terrace Condo is now for sale.
2 – Veranda Condo #1 is an annual unfurnished rental unit. I have a positive cash flow to go along with the appreciation potential.
3 – Veranda Condo #2 is our second home. Our situation changed and now we can spend the winter months in Naples. We selectively rent it out offseason to offset some of our costs.
