Our house is one of the classic Sayulta style houses, with round corners, expansive spaces and Palapa (straw) roof over our main open air living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms have huge sliding glass doors and windows w/screens, A/C, hand carved wooden headboards and night stands.
Every space has been carefully finished for beauty with a jungle/tropical theme and custom touches. The rooms are all connected, yet private. Our entries and doors have secure locks.
We are fully furnished for comfort with complete amenities. Our linens are top quality, we include beach towels, and you will be greeted with wine, beer & tequila w/chips & salsa for your arrival. Coffee for your next morning is included.
We are located at the end of & between two roads, our upper entry & garage are on Calle Olito, the lower road with private parking is Calle Chachalaca.

Our top ENTRANCE is at the end of Calle Olito, off Calle Nanzal You will see our gold stone wall with Iron Gate and a 2 Car Garage with Large, lockable Doors. Our garage has room for 2 full-size cars. There is street parking, a turnaround and security lights.
From our garage, you will enter our ramp, an easy entry for carrying your items. From there you can go up to our Terraza Deck, to the right to our Patio BBQ deck or down a few steps to our main Palapa Area.
The TERRAZA Deck has lounge chairs w/cushions, dining table/chairs, bar, stereo & internet. Enjoy day and night, from sunrise yoga, to sunbathing to dancing. The views are gorgeous and our railing is custom with Calla Lilies. An amazing place for exceptional photos.
Our BBQ PATIO has an ocean view, lounge chairs, dining table/chairs, large kitchen bar set up for cooking & entertaining, with a bathroom and outdoor shower. We can seat 34 for dining with the Patio & Terraza.
PALAPA/MAIN LEVEL: As you come down a few palm covered stairs, you will be greeted with our hand carved, stone dolphin fountain at center of the circle. From there you can go three directions.
PALAPA KITCHEN/MASTER BEDROOM/BATH: Straight ahead is our main Palapa (open air, large palm roof) area with Kitchen, Dining, Living areas and Maestro (Master) Bedroom & Bath. You will enter through the 2 large Iron doors, framed in a glass block wall. The ocean view will take your breath away.
The PALAPA Kitchen is Fully Equipped for family meals and entertaining. We have lots of tiled counter space, a large wood island. The bar seats 4, our dining table fits 6 +. There are 2 adjacent chairs w/table. We have cushioned seating around our built in seating area for 5 or 6, w/2 tables. Another cushioned chair & lounge chair w/table, with 2 large lounge chairs by the pool. Everything faces the pool and ocean.
The MASTER/MAESTRO BEDROOM with King Bed set, can be entered through the large sliding glass doors on the balcony connecting the pool area, or through the wooden bathroom door by the Palapa Main Entry. Maestro Bedroom has a huge Sliding Glass door with window looking out to the ocean. A/C, Ceiling Fans, TV, DVD, desk/chair, bench, trunk, luggage rack. The large Bathroom has a large glass block shower with 2 shower heads and river rock floor, fan & 2 windows. There is bottled water, a wooden closet w/mirrored doors & drawers, shelves & safe. The counter is marble with 2 colorful sinks and modern toilet. Luxury linens and towels.
From the Fountain you can go left (south) down stairs to the SEGUNDO Bedroom. The Segundo Bedroom & Vista Studio are on the same level, and are connected outdoors with a door to separate the spaces. If you continue down the stairs you will pass the Chipoltle deck (for massages) and continues down to the lower road.
Our SEGUNDO BEDROOM & BATHROOM has a luxury King Bed set w/luxury mattress. Large Sliding Glass door w/screen that overlooks the ocean & opens to a deck with 2 chairs & table. There is a TV/DVD player, mirrored wood closet w/drawers, desk w/chair, bench & trunk. The bathroom has a window with ocean view, river rock shower w/curtain, tile counter w/colorful sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, modern toilet, bottled water. Luxury linens & towels. Segundo is separated from Vista Studio by an outdoor Iron Door on the deck, which leads to Vista Studio. This door can be kept open or is lockable.
If you go to the right from the fountain (north), a few steps will take you to the VISTA STUDIO (part of the main Villa), ARRIBA STUDO and the FIRE PIT deck. Continue down the garden lined stairs, and you will pass our outdoor shower end then the lower road.
VISTA STUDIO can be entered using the north side stairs, from the Palapa level or by the glass door exit, to the shared deck with Segundo Bedroom. This exit leads to the south side stairs.
VISTA STUDIO doubles as a comfortable large indoor TV/Living space, with kitchen bathroom, comfortable couch/futon, seating, dining area & luxury King Bed Set, Fans & TV. Perfect for the day if you want to watch a game, or cool down and night for movies and cards or board games. This studio is Floor to Ceiling sliding glass doors & windows w/screens, overlooking the ocean. It has mirrored wooden closet w/drawers, bottled water, safe, iron & ironing board, full kitchen & bathroom. Luxury lines and towels. There are 2 outdoor deck chairs.
Our ARRIBA Studio is separate from the main house, on the other side of the north side stairs, with its own gated entry. Our Main Villa can be rented with our without Arriba Studio.
ARRIBA STUDIO has a large sliding glass door, and huge windows that open to a private deck. It has a luxury queen bed set, with a comfortable futon/couch, TV, DVD, table/4 chairs, stool, full kitchen, wood closet w/drawers, safe, and full bathroom, Luxury linens and towels. 2 Deck chairs w/table. (Sleeps 4)
The FIRE PIT deck has a stunning view of the ocean and Sayulita. It has built in seating for 12+. Perfect for daytime reading and night time looking to the Sayulita lights. You can build a fire, we'll supply the wood. You might want to bring your guitar. For smokers, it is a space away from the rest, yet close.
LOWER ENTRANCE: From our lower Chachalaca road, you will enter from either of our gates, depending on which room you are going to. Our huge retaining wall is covered in Gold Stone. Our south end stairs are called the Alcatraz (Calla Lilly) Stairs. They have stone art Lilies at the landings. Our north end stairs are called our Ying/Yang stairs. They have Ying/Yang stone art in their landings. All our stairs are faced with custom Terracotta & Calla Lilly tiles.
Our goal is from the time you arrive, from either entrance, and from every angle you will find Villa Gracia beautiful, comfortable, and you will feel cared for. We want to make your time in Sayulita unforgettable - day or night, sun or rain.
