PERFECT LOCATION FOR RELAXATION

We stayed for a week, family of 5 with young kids ages 7, 5, and 2. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and the location is perfect. The house being on Malibu Rd instead of directly on PCH was a huge factor in choosing this house and we were not disappointed. It is on a quiet residential road that was safe and quiet. And obviously, the view of the ocean and being able to step out on the beach was great for us and the kids. The floor plan of the house was nice in that all the rooms could be opened up to essentially create one big connected living area. It was perfect for our family since it was easy to checkup on the kids anywhere in the house.

BEACH GETAWAY

The owners were very nice and helpful. The location and view cannot be beat. The entire back of the property is glass, making unobstructed views of the ocean just breath-taking. The reef to the left of the property made the beach more interesting and we saw starfish, sea anemones, etc.

The kitchen is well-stocked and the unit is tastefully and neutrally furnished and designed and looks like the photos. Beach towels were provided. The master bathroom could use an update with a door (pink toilet/vanity/etc.) and the large walk-in shower is somewhat dark and musty but it was clean and everything worked.

All in all my husband and I had a quiet and meditative stay in Malibu for a week and we'd definitely consider going back to this property.
