Great condo close to everything downtown

The rental unit is downtown in the Patina building. The condo has a chic look and is only 2 years old. You are steps away from great downtown restaurants and shops, a grocery store and movie theatre across the street, and bus stop around the corner. The Ymca is right beside the Patina building too.
The building is simple, clean and well kept. The garbage area is close to the elevators. The gym is smallish with a few weights and cardio machines and no pool, but you can join the Ymca if you want something bigger. The condo has all the things you need - front closet, small storage room, stacked washer and separate dryer, fully functional kitchen, TV room, nice sized bathroom and bedroom.
