From its hacienda-style entrance, with its welcoming water fountain, to the massive balcony with its impressive Sea of Cortez view, Villa Estrella de Mar delivers the rich villa experience. The villa’s clean lines and open design accentuate the extensive new remodeling, revealed in all-new furniture, beautiful granite kitchen counters (with new marble in the baths), and a cozy fireplace for intimate lounging. All the bedrooms have private baths.

Outside, there are other enticements, starting with the beautiful remodeled pool, partially topped by a wooden palapa of intriguing design. You could couple your pool paddling with some sweet stretches in the jacuzzi, and then settle in for some nice al fresco dining, straight off the big outside grill. Helpful concierge and great maid service. However, the villa could be more cleaner as one of the rooms had a rat in it.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and for the positive words regarding the service provided to you by Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations. We've also received several very positive reviews about the maid service at Estrella de Mar. Normally this villa is very clean as we never receive negative reviews about it, but I have forwarded this information onto the property manager. In regards to the rat (it was actually a mouse), a pest controller was called to the house who reported that the mouse was killed and that there were no further sightings. It most likely made its way through an open door. Please remember to keep doors closed when possible.
