3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6) Just Steps From the Water

The house has been recently renovated. All bedrooms and bathrooms along with the living room, and dining room have been painted for a bright, fresh, airy cottage feel. It has been completely refurnished with Pottery Barn style and quality. We have furnished it for our family and will not be described as your typical rental. For your sleeping pleasure we have chosen the 'Westin Heavenly Mattress' in every room. Westin describes this bed as 'uniquely designed with a plush, pillow-top construction for premium comfort and support.' We are looking for renters who will appreciate the extra touches and higher end furnishings we have carefully selected to make the experience the most comfortable and relaxing.

Located on the Northeastern Shore of Lake George with beautiful views of Rogers Slide. You can enjoy the views on this tri-level, 3 bedroom home from either the large wrap around deck off the main floor, the balcony on the upper level or the patio off the lower level. The master suite, is upstairs with a queen size bed. It has it' own bathroom with shower. The large sliding glass door leads out to a private balcony with breathtaking views. The small, cozy bunk room is perfect for the kids. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a half bath. It is located on the lower level with a walkout patio to the water. All are great spots to watch the sunset.

Just steps from the patio is the large dock. Your welcome to bring a boat and share our dock. There is an Adirondack style swing for you to sit, watch and listen to the waves as they break against the shallow, sandy shoreline. There is no muck to get your feet stuck in which is perfect for your swimming pleasure until circa mid September. The northern end is a very quite and relaxing part of the lake. We are finishing up the renovations and all photos are from before we began. We are excited to share the new and updated photos with you as soon as it is complete in the Spring. It is fully equipped with all the conveniences including a kitchen with microwave, ice maker, washer/dryer, AC, Flat Screen TV, Gas fireplace and WIFI. We have also provided a new grill for your those warm days or nights to grill while looking out at the lake. There is a public sandy beach a half mile down the road (less than a 10 minute walk). It has a playground, volleyball court, picnic tables and bathrooms. It's a great spot to take the kids for a picnic lunch for an afternoon. There is a state boat launch a mile down the road. We would also recommend bringing your bike for the 5 mile ride into the Village of Ticonderoga.
