The two large bedrooms, each with queen bed and ensuite baths, accommodate four adults comfortably. Children are welcome. (an extra single sleeping mat is available.)
The updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances make meal preparation convenient - if you choose to cook! With many great restaurants in the area, you may prefer to sample the local cuisine. The choice is yours!
This condo is located in a resort-like setting with swimming pools, tennis courts and tropical walking trails. When you are ready to leave the complex, exploring the island of oahu is easily done by car. The white sands of Kailua Beach, one of the world's top ten beaches, is 15 minutes by car. Pearl harbor, Honolulu and Waikiki beach can easily be accessed within 20 - 30 minutes. If you are up for an adventure, climb to the top of Diamond Head or take the trail to the Makapu'u Lighthouse. And don't forget to check out the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, shrimp trucks and the Polynesian Cultural Center. Maybe you would like to surf the pipeline!
At the end of the day, come home to the peaceful setting of Kaneohe Bay. Enjoy the 40' TV, DVD collection and free wireless internet. Make your stay in paradise one to remember.
We were both born and raised in New Jersey and currently live in Bradley Beach five blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. We love to travel and experience new places, learn about different cultures and enjoy peaceful environments. Apparently, we have instilled a sense of adventure in our children because our two sons went to college in Alaska and Hawaii respectively. Of course, we took every opportunity to visit both places and have developed a love for the beauty inherent in both.

We searched for a couple of years to find the right place and chose this property because it has a wonderful view of Kaneohe Bay and the Ko'olau Mountains. The condo is open, airy and inviting. In addition, the complex is beautiful with walking paths that overlook breathtaking scenes. We feel happy and at peace when we are there.
This Condo had amazing views of the Ko'olau Mountains and Kaneohe Bay. A gem close to freeways, back roads, and beaches. Puu Alii community is beautifully landscaped and manicured. Pool, picnic tables and outdoor play areas. Comfortable second level 2BR/2BA condo tastefully decorated. Feels more like home than a rental. Owners promptly addressed any concerns. Would definitely stay there again!
Excellent views, excellent weather and breeze and everything you will need to be able so you will only need to pack a small bag. Very friendly neighbor hood with a in-home massage therapist that lives downstairs. Very nice pool/patio with a hot tub just a short walk away. Highly recommended to anyone looking to visit Hawaii.
This is a beautiful and immaculate designer condo!! The kitchen and appliances are state-of-the-art. The views are awesome of the Ko'olau Mountains and Kaneohe Bay...lovely for morning coffee, sunsets, or an afternoon nap. The location is great and within walking distance to Safeway, Long's Drug Store, Windward Mall, restaurants, library, and bus stops. Puu Alii grounds are well manicured and shaded. Very near the condo, is the sparkling swimming pool. I had a delightful stay and hope to return.

The property was clean and well maintained, and it was furnished with great care of renters' possible needs. The log book describing the facility and surrounding area was
especially well done. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean, well furnished, and has extras like beach chairs, beach towels, and body boards for the ocean. Everything worked well eg. washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. It also has a great view and it is very easy to dash down to the store when something is needed. Our only nitpick complaint was that it was very warm in the condo in the afternoon.
We stayed here for 6 weeks as we moved/ transitioned off the island. It was a very pleasant condo to stay in, and suited our needs great. The kitchen had everything you would need in order to cook "at home." Additionally, the kitchen tools were of nice quality, which makes life easier. The living room had comfortable couches, and the dining table was large enough to seat six. Parking was right outside the front door. There were plenty of linens, plenty of closet and drawer space, a washer/dryer, a grill, beach towels, hair dryer, and chairs and cable TV. My children enjoyed using the pool. The views from the lanai are amazing. Additionally, it is within walking distance to many great Kaneohe eateries (Boston's pizza, Teddy's Bigger Burgers, L&L) and a Safeway.
The only drawback for some (families with young kids, or people with disabilities) may be that this condo is an upper level unit. You do walk up a flight of stairs to enter, and there is a three story drop from the back lanai. Also, a consideration for young kids is that the only tub in the unit is in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a walk-in shower. All that said, with a little supervision my kids did fine, and really looked forward to the pool each afternoon.
This is the perfect rental for a family or couple transitioning on or off the island, as well as a long term (few weeks) vacationer.
This property is located in a private, quiet townhouse community on 55 acres of land overlooking Kaneohe Bay and the Ko'olau mountains yet, still within walking distance to markets & restaurants. Resort amenities include two pavilions, three pools with saunas, two tennis courts, walking/jogging paths, a resident manager and roving security patrols.
This location on the Kaneohe Bay sits within driving distance to the north shore (40 minutes to surfing beaches and haleiwa), downtown Honolulu (museums, palace, shopping) and Waikiki (beaches, diamond head and hanauma bay). The closest beach is in Kauai where miles of pure white sand meet the aqua sea.
