Seabrook Cottage Rentals - Property # 35065
Welcome to Boat House.
My name is Jeff Lehman. I'm an entrepreneur, designer and author from Seattle. I've always lived near the beach (grew up in Coral Gables, FL - near Miami) and appreciate why water and waves are so powerful to so many.
Boat House is only a few years new and 1800 square feet of open floor plan and endless entertaining possibilities. It lives much larger than it's footprint. You'll have plenty of room for you, friends and family.
I worked with Seabrook to design one of the most enjoyable living experiences in town. Most of the home furnishings were made to uniquely fit the personality of the house - as you'll see, this is not your typical rental home.
There's a see-through interior fireplace (the first in Seabrook) that creates a great visual effect - for romance and warmth.
The kitchen is wide-open and features plenty of cooking gear and stainless appliances - entertaining in the kitchen is so easy.
The dining room table and sea-glass chandelier make for a great meeting place during meals - everyone will enjoy sitting around this table.
The master bedroom is large, with a king bed, HD TV, walk-in closet and master bath - it's an oasis for you.
The elevated and oversized porches provide a great view of the surroundings and a place for get-together or solitary reading - you have privacy when you need it.
Seabrook is an amazing town. It has sparked a revival of beach living on the Washington coast.
Memories are created at Boat House. Friendships are made stronger. It was built as a gathering place to share - you are considered a friend here.
Whether you like walking the trails, watching the surf at the beach, checking out the Gnome Trail, clamming, swimming, hot-tubing, bicycling, painting pottery, dog walking, storm-watching, kite flying, making smores around the fire, or simply hanging out - there is something here for you.
The house is just across the street from the new pool house / hot tub - you can't get any closer to it - yet it's quiet. Crescent Park is also across the street. It offers a big field to play in and fire pits to enjoy in the evenings.
Everything you need is a short walk away. Once you park your car you'll rarely need it unless you go exploring in the local area.
