We are now available for rental! This newly available, beautiful 3 bedroom condo/home is available for short-term (2-day minimum), military or long-term vacation rental. This condo is professionally decorated and newly furnished and is one of the finest units available on the coast. Book now & be our guest in this luxurious beach condo! The Villas at Legacy is Mississippi's most elegant Gulf Coast resort. Begin by enjoying the 5,000 sq ft. walk-in pool that also includes a heated jacuzzi, cabana, kids’ splash pad and play area. As an alternative, indulge yourself at the club house pool which offers a heated spa, fitness center and giant grill area. Take a walk on our sandy gulf beach across the street or enjoy one of our many casinos just minutes away.

This lavishly furnished 1750sf resort style home offers expansive spaces with cozy furnishings to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom comes with its own 32' TV/DVD/Cable/DVR system. It also has its own bath with a jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms each have their own TVs and DVDs and wireless cable receivers. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the third bedroom contains a daybed, trundle unit and desk for working on the computer or watching TV. The kitchen is cheery with additional seating and access to the outdor patio. The beautifully furnished and decorated living room has a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat screen cable TV and is a perfect place to relax with its couches and comfortable chairs. And, of course, free wifi is included. There's also a brand-new washer and dryer in the large laundry room.

We're from Fort Worth TX. My wife Lucy and I still work. She's an IT manager and I run a home maintenance business. We've always planned on having a retirement spot on the beach and just fell in love with the Gulfport area and decided to buy in advance.

My family has been renting from VRBO for many years now and I would say that this condo was the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was in a great location. We cooked quite a bit and it was nice to have a choice of eating in the kitchen or the dining room. Dennis recommended a restaurant, Steve's Marina, and we ate there the first night. it was great. We went to New Orleans for one day, went on a swamp trip, visited Beauvois, took the ferry to Ship Island and did a dolphin encounter at IMMS. It was a great trip!

Our stay was wonderful! The owner did a great job of decorating and leaving the unit stocked with all the essentials, of living in a second home. We felt relaxed just sitting in the living room.The home is a five minute walk to the beach, but still only 15 minute drive from all that Biloxi has to offer. The process from the time of signing the lease to walking through the front door was clear and painless.

My wife and I along with our son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and two young ladies from our church stayed here Saturday and Sunday night February 23-24, 2013. This is a GREAT condo! Dennis, the owner, was so good to work with and was concerned with making our stay very comfortable. The condo is a very short walk from the beach and the location is convenient to shopping, eating, and entertainment. We loved the spacious rooms and the grandson was able to explore the whole house. So much better than a small hotel room. Although we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it was well equiped. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and garage were all very nice. The laundry area was more than adequate. The area is very nice and secure. We will difinitely want to stay here the next time we are in the Gulfport area. You will not be disappointed with this Condo!

Perfect for a trip to the beach!

We LOVED staying at this condo! From the second we walked in we were in love! There was so much room for our daughter to run around and all the rooms were decorated just like home so we didn't feel like we were in a stuffy hotel! This was the perfect size for our family of 3 and another couple that we traveled with. The condo has everything you would need but food! We made breakfast and lunch there daily so we could save some money and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook in it! It is within walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of stores and nightlife! No complaints at all and we can't wait to stay there again!
