Spacious custom home in South Yarmouth’s Bass River area – steps away from some of the best beaches on the mid-cape.

A short walk to Bass River Beach (Smugglers) and Parker’s River Beach, the house is convenient to mid-cape dining, shopping and attractions. The home has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Lines and towels provided, fully appointed gourmet kitchen.

The home sits on a professionally landscaped double lot and has a large stone patio with a built in fire pit as well as a large outdoor shower and changing room.

Built in 2005 we are in the process of completely re-furnishing, painting and installing new hardwood floors. This is the first time the home will be available in the rental market. The pictures shown are representative of the furnishings and accommodations, as we’re still in process of retrofitting the home.
