Santa Barbara

We spent fabulous 10 days at this property. The property owner, Ian, was super helpful since our arrival at Los Angeles International Airport. He accommodated and was very receptive of our needs during our stay.
The property is an upstairs unit in a historic two story house located only two blocks away from the beach, and State Street. You are in the heart of Santa Barbara. There is a parking spot on the street as well as a private parking space at the backyard in case one has a rental car. Bus stops are two blocks away and from these stations one can easily catch those that run on the shoreline route and up & down on State Street.
The house offers every comfort one can ask for. Every gadget is brand new, kitchen utensils are spotless, and house decoration has an elegant taste.
Within walking distance. there are number of restaurants including Santa Barbara Roasting Co, one of those favorite places to get a coffee break.
From the property, one can easily walk to the harbor, and rent boats, kayaks, sailing equipment. On Sundays, there is an open air exhibit on the shore line where local artists display their hand made collections. We have taken advantage of this property’s close proximity and enjoyed Santa Barbara a lot.
Overall, we are super satisfied with our stay and would not need to look for a place for our next visit in Santa Barbara.
