Beautiful End Unit 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 10 Sleeps On Jones Golf Course

16 Water Oak is a newly renovated end unit villa offering a lot of privacy and wonderful golf course views from every room. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two chairs, TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo with CD player. Just outside the living room is a deck that overlooks the golf course. The dining room seats six, and the kitchen comes fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. A full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed, TV, CD, private bath, and a great golf view. 15 steps take you to the second floor with two bedrooms. The first has two double beds, a TV, CD, and a sliding glass door to a private balcony with a golf view. The next bedroom has two double beds, TV, and balcony with a golf view. Each has a private bath. This cozy residence is just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. *DSL available for no additional charge.

The villa is located on a dead-end street with little traffic. It is a short walk to the beach, golf, tennis, general store, rental bikes , boats, etc. There are bike paths to the beach, tennis, shopping, boating, fishing, general store, Marriott, Dunes House, and other amenities.

Palmetto Dunes is located in the middle of the Island and is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shopping, etc.

I live a few minutes away from 16 Water Oak on Haul Away. I have been living in Hilton Head for over 30 years and love our location. It is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, banking, shopping, movies, sports activities, etc.

That means you can go from the beach to shopping without ever setting foot on your gas pedal.favorite beachfront destination also offers convenient beach access as well as public restrooms and limited on-site parking. The best way to travel to and from the Dunes House during the peak spring and summer season is to ride your bike or take the free Dunes Buggy shuttle. To reserve a ride on the free Dunes Buggy shuttle from April 1 through September 30
