The bedrooms downstairs consist of a master bedroom with Queen-size bed and phone along with a bathroom that has a vanity, shower cubicle, a jacuzzi tub and toilet, There is also a full size bedroom downstairs that has a communal bathroom which includes a shower cubicle, toilet and vanity. The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect for those wanting a location set in the countryside yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of I-4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Mile marker 5 on US Highway 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.

Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Subway, BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese take away and an Italian restaurant, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the up scale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses. You can also have your choice of golf courses within a 10 -15 minute drive.

GReat Family vacation home

We had a great time in this house. We stayed 3 nights and had a blast. The kids loved the air hockey and the heated pool was great. We went in the jacuzzi after the parks every night. The kitchen was very convienent. The bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. The location was awesome, very close to publix and other restraunts and liquor store. It was great to be close to I-4 highway, we were at disney and Island of adventure in no time. We will stay again on our next visit to orlando. Thanks!

Myself and a friend stayed at this beautiful holiday home for 2 weeks during our vacation in Florida.
October was the perfect time to visit as it wasn't too hot nor too cold.
The house was beautifully presented and perfectly clean making settling in very easy. There is 24 hour security on site who ensure that everything is kept same and in order and the company in charge of the home are very efficient in dealing with any queries. The owners Cecile and jarle are brilliant also and are very quick with communications about the house etc..
The house is perfectly located within about a 10-15 minute drive to all of the main attractions such as Sea world, Disney land and typhoon lagoon etc....
Best restaurants to try out are defiantly red lobster and planet Hollywood located in downtown Disney. Publix is the closest supermarket where you will find almost everything you will need during your stay and make the best sandwiches, near publix you will also find Subway, a nail salon, barbers, Mcdonalds and a liquor store, perfect for every day wants and needs.
The pool in the house was a perfect size and was especially nice to take a dip in the pool/jacuzi when coming back from a long day at the theme parks. kitchen is well equip with all the essentials you will needs and the bedrooms are all lovely.
We are thinking of staying again next October for our next Florida vacation and would recommend anyone to stay.

Wonderful experince

My wife,I, and our three kids just spent 10 days at this villa. It was a beautiful spacious home that could easily handle two families. There are plently of rooms and washrooms and the kids throughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially after a long day at the parks. The outdoor barbecue was also a plus for getting a break away from takeout and restaurants. I wood definently recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation, and still have all the amenities of home.

Awesome vacation rental!!!!

We loved our stay!! The house was roomy and most comfortable for the 10 of us. Great kitchen and very ample baths and laundry facilities. We cooked in for our main meals and drove just a short distance to all of the parks. Our grandsons thought the pool was fantastic and they also enjoyed the air hockey and pool tables in the garage. We adults loved the hottub in the evenings. We found the house clean and well decorated and close to grocery stores, barbershops, McDonald's and I-4. It was like being home away from home.

We couldn't have been more satisfied and would return to this house again and again.Thank you,so much for a wonderful vacation stay. Our expectations were exceeded and the price was very reasonable.
