About Dave P. Martocchio

Thank you for taking the time to look at my condo. I have been living in Pacific Beach since I was nine years old, 1975. I went to all the local schools, even U.C.S.D.. I bought this condo in 1992 when I first became a teacher using a downpayment that I had been saving throughout my childhood. The condo became my bachelor pad. It was my home base where I stored my surfboards (I am a surf instructor), my music equipment (I am in a few church bands), and my photography equipment (I do photography part time). I had actually converted the bedroom into a music/computer studio so I slept in the living room. I loved the location because I would skateboard, walk, or bike all over P.B. to eat, shop, and surf. I loved waking up on Saturdays, getting on my bicycle with my surfboard, surfing at the end of Diamond St., then riding over to Taco Surf for something to eat and then to Mr. Frosty for dessert.

On June 5, 2010 I met the woman of my dreams and Erinn and I were married on June 23, 2012. We live in Coronado and now we want you to have the opportunity to live the beach life that I lived for twenty years.

I bought this property because I love the convenience and location of Pacific Beach. It is walking close to everything I need on a daily basis and a few minutes drive to everything in San Diego. In addition, I grew up in Pacific Beach for 17 years before I bought the condo.

Notes: The condo is in a very quiet complex. The neighbors will complain if you are loud day or night. I have had complaints for vacuuming with the door open and for having people over for a house warming party. The security guards will enforce the quiet and all rules with warnings and/or monetary penalties. I have spoken to my neighbors and have told them to call me if there are any problems. Noise violations and/or any violations may result in early eviction from the condo without refund of rent and the loss of damage deposit funds to cover the cost of the violation(s). It is best if you go out and have a great time and then come home when you are ready to relax and have a mellow night. There are plenty of venues and events in San Diego to let it all out before you come home for some quiet rest and relaxation.

Most relaxing vacation ever! Great girls weekend!!!

This condo was so much more than I even anticipated. It was so cute, warm, inviting, and so clean! They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It was so convenient and easy to get to. So close to the airport, and close to grocery store! Very comfortable, and peaceful. Very quiet at night. Just overall a wonderful experience. I had never been to San Diego, and now I can't wait to go back! Thanks so much Dave and Erinn!!!

The condo worked out very well for us with its locale. It was minutes from downtown and walking distance to the beach. We could have almost walked to Sea World. Really loved the security building, and the condo was peaceful, clean and comfortable (as seen and stated online). Oh, loved the food just down the steps at the shopping center. The beach was great and the weather was perfect. Love San Diego! Thanks Again." -

Owner's Response: There really is a lot to do and see within a mile of the condo, such as; beaches, Mission Bay, shops, restaurants, walks, surfing, sailing, motor boating, jet skis, swimming, sailboarding, water skiing, biking, roller blading, sightseeing, etc.
