A cozy 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 and a half bathrooms. The townhouse comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, living and dining area, a TV room and a powder room on the ground level. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom (jacuzzi and shower stall), a loft area in the master bedroom; a second bedroom and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are air conditioned and there is wifi and cable television. There is also a washing machine and hot water. The townhouse is located in a small gated complex with 24 hour security. The property is located in the heart of the business and entertainment district of New Kingston. It is a short walking distance from the famous Knutsford Boulevard where there are banks, restaurants, night clubs, a shopping mall, Emancipation Park and much more. A short drive away is the historic Devon House, the famous Bob Marley Museum, the Hope Botanical Gardens and Zoo and more stores and restaurants.

This particular townhouse caught my eye because because of it's beautiful loft area and very modern bathroom fixtures. The apartment is spacious and airy and at the same time affords privacy.

A security deposit of $150 is required which is refunded 48 hours after the end of the stay if there are no claims for damages.

my stay wos very good the location work out excellent for me all the thing I had to do wos in the area .the place wos very nice I will alwas stay there when i visit if avaible. owner respond wos excellent I will recommend any one to stay thear
