4400 Sq FT custom built home. 4 bedroom, 3 full bath.

This amazing custom home was built in 2005. The house has over 100' of private waterfront. It is located on the point of a cove in the east bay in Canyon Lake. The backyard has a private beach including two Palapa's. There is a large 40' long pool overlooking the lake. The pool is 9' deep and everyone loves riding the large slide into the pool. The pool has a swim-up bar where you can enjoy a nice refreshing drink. The spa is huge and seats 10 people. There is a private dock that has another large slide where you can slide into the lake (hook up the hose to go really fast). Included to play in the lake is a two person kayak, a paddle board, and a paddle boat. We also have a large 'Lilly Pad' that is a blast to use in the lake or pool.

The inside has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two rooms have King beds and two have Queen beds. It also has a futon and open-up chair. The living room has leather couches, flat-screen TV, surround sound, HDTV, DVD player, fireplace, and a water view through the large windows from every seat. The living room opens up to the kitchen. It includes all granite and upgraded appliances. It has a large center island with a second sink and garbage disposal. The Island sits 3, and the nook seats 4. THe main dining room seats 8. The bar seats 4. There are also folding tables and chairs in the garage if your group is larger.

The Game Room includes a wet bar (BYOB) with a bar refrigerator. There is a Foosball Table, TV, and Full size Ms.Pac Man Arcade game (with 12 different games.) You will also find board games and plenty poker chips.

The magnificent Master Suite is an ideal couples retreat. It has a Cal King bed (new mattress) and a walk out deck, with lake and pool views. There is an TV with cable in the armoire. The Master Bath has a 2 person jet jacuzzi tub and a separate walk in shower with 3 shower heads. The closet has plenty of space to bring ALL of your clothes.

There is a Loft upstairs with a large L shaped couch and TV. The built in desk in the loft has 2 seats for computer hook ups if you ned to get a little work done. WIFI provided. All bedrooms/rooms have ceiling fans, and there are 2 units to heat and or cool the home.

Please use the golf cart to travel anywhere inside Canyon Lake. This includes trips to the golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks, lodge (restaurant), community center (market, sports bar). You can also drive the golf cart to market and pick up bait for fishing.

We built this home and have come to love it. It is an ideal home for a large group. When everyone is in the downstairs (kitchen, living or dining, and game room, you feel like you are all still hanging out together!!! Start a poker game down stairs and movie night upstairs. Swimming in the lake and the pool.....it is a great place for a family vacation. There is tons for both the kids and adults to do.

Temecula wine country is approx. 15 min south. Temecula has many movie theaters, a very large mall, and Hot air balloon rides. Pechanga Casino is also located in Temecula and it is the largest casino in California. Zip-Lines are approx. 15 minutes away in Corona. Sky-diving is also approx. 10-15 min away at Lake Elsinore and Perris airports. Disneyland is approx. 1 hr. Knott's Berry Farm (amusement park) is approx. 1 hr. San Diego is approx. 1 hr. Los Angeles and Hollywood is approx. 1-1.5 hrs. Anaheim baseball Stadium (home of the Angels) is approx. 50 min away. The Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks hockey team) is also 50 min away.

Beautiful spacious hom in a scenic welcoming area! Plenty to do on the property and in the area. We really enjoyed the pool/spa/swim up bar and all of the lake water toys. The house had plenty of space for a large family or group and something for every age to enjoy. I would reccomend for anyone travelling in socol!

We stayed a week here during our kids spring break and the pictures do not do the place justice. We had planned on spending the week at Disneyland and the other area attractions, but the kids had more fun here swiming and playing on the lake. The pool is great, the house is well maintained. It is about an hour to most of the area attractions if you want to leave. Renting this place, I would say plan to spend most of your time here as it is more fun then waiting in lines at amusement parks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
