Ocean Haven Beach house is a contemporary style one level house 1600 ft.² sitting on a sand dune, offering a panoramic view of the beach and the Pacific Ocean. The house is approximately 1200 feet from the Pacific Coast Highway, nestled among trees, affording a private relaxing retreat.
Beach access is a path about 100 footsteps from the house.
Nearby Driftwood State Park affords an easier beach access. The beach below is flat and walkable during low tide. You can walk North or South for many miles.
This house sleeps 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, one bath, and a sunroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom includes daybed and a trundle sleeper.
The living room has a futon which converts into a two-person sleeper.
If you want a little privacy, just close the sliding door of the house and walk into the amazing sunroom for reading or listening to music while hearing the rushing waves of the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances as well as dishes, kitchen accessories, etc. So if you choose to stay in and make your own creative meal, while ocean viewing, 'go for it'.
There is a separate laundry room, and all linens, towels and blankets are provided.
Other amenities: two televisions, one DVD player, and one more television with a VCR viewing for kids which comes with a VCR cassettes library. High speed Internet.
There is a single car attached garage, and a very wide parking area for an RV, as well as a carport.
There is a covered patio area right outside the master bedroom for star gazing, sunset viewing, or just enjoying a relaxing meal. There is also an uncovered deck area outside the sunroom.
Located on the Central Oregon Coast, Ocean Haven Beach House affords many sightseeing opportunities, beachcombing activities, hiking, biking, kite flying, etc.
Local amenities – 2 miles south in Waldport – Ray's Super Market, flea market, drugstore, hardware store, Waldport Video, and a few restaurants.
North Attractions:
Seal Rock State Park - 4 minutes north with views of Sea Lions.
Newport - 15 miles north has the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science Center, waterfront shops, restaurants, whale watching, crabbing, sports & commercial fishing, and numerous historical lighthouses.
Lincoln City – about 35 miles north has the Chinook Winds Casino, Tangier Shopping Outlet, restaurants with incredible ocean views.
South Attractions:
Yachats – 10 miles south has shops, restaurants overlooking amazing sunsets,
Sea lion Caves
Siuslaw National Forest (great for hikes).
Florence – 35 miles south famous for it’s sand dunes, shops and restaurants.

Heceta Head Lighthouse at Cape Perpetua – about 20 miles south of the house.
