Plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat at the location, screened in balocony, you will enjoy a picturesque view immediately overlooking the harbour. As you will see from our photos, this condo is located on the second floor of a 3 tiered condo complex. This property is located steps from the water and moments from an unbelievable experience!
About Terry Halverson

We are a Iowa family who loves to fish! We were at Lake Mille Lac in late 2011, happened upon this property that just called out to us! We have enjoyed this as our second home and have been sharing it with our family and friends. We have been building memories every step of the way!

Why Terry Halverson chose Garrison

While raising our 2 boys, we fished as a family whenever possible. Walleyes are our favorite conquest, therefore leading us to Lake Mille Lacs. This is a quiet get a way area that you will certainly be able to relax.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo has a beautiful fireplace in the winter and full AC in the summer, but a wonderful breeze will make you think twice about turning it on. We have newly remodeled our 2nd home, both bedrooms have flatscreen tv's and dvd player. One bedroom also has a PS2 game system, games and movies there for the kids if they so choose. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking, and the small town atmosphere will have you coming back year after year.

Car: necessary

We are located immediately next to a bar and pizza place. Great for darts, pool and fun but very family freindly! This condo is smack in the middle of 'walleye central! If you came to MN to fish, you are in the right place. Several bait shops, marinas and lauches in Garrison. Brainard is 20 minutes away with all of the shopping and entertainment you could ask for. Gas, grocery and food all here in this friendly town.

Notes: You are welcome to bring your own boat and launch it at one of the near by public accesses or our adjoining marina (separately owned) . If you are not bringing a boat, dont let that hold you back! There are many marinas near by that can provide fishing guides and low price fishing lauches that will take you out for 4 hours or all day/evening trips to catch fish! There is a beach area just 50 yards away for you to sit , sun and relax. The Grand Casino is only 10 miles away for some food, gambling and fun. There is a movie theatre near by and night life with live music on the weekends. This is our home away from home, please enjoy it as we do!
