Located inside the Tahoe Keys on the south shore of Lake Tahoe approx. 5 miles south of the casinos on the state line, this newly remodeled condo is within a short distance to the full Tahoe experience. Heavenly Valley and Squaw Valley ski resorts are only a 10 minutes drive. This upper moderate waterfront condo has a great view of the Tahoe Keys Marina and mountains, boat slip in the marina & access to the Tahoe Keys amenities.The Tahoe Keys is a 750 acre planned lakefront community with inland waterways and bordering a wildlife refuge. The Tahoe Keys has a marina, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, putting green and community beach- all within walking distance. ** All these above amenities are an additional cost per person for use of the day.**

This 1,014 sq. ft. condo has wireless Internet/WiFi, cable TV, free Netflix, PlayStation3, gas BBQ, laundry facilities, gas fireplace, and a garage. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably - maximum of 8 people.
