A touch of paradise on an International Bird Sanctuary. The house is located on Richardson Bay and has uninterrupted views of San Francisco, San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. From the Master Bedroom and the Living Room below, one can see the sunrise, city of San Francisco and the activities on the water. An easy 20 minute drive across the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco where the food is exceptional, the people friendly and the cultural life is full of interesting music, theater and art galleries. The museums are wonderful and the settings of the sites are often breath-taking. Near to Sonoma, Napa and the wine country as well as to Point Reyes and Stinson Beach, the house has all the charm of Northern California while being centrally located. In additions to the wine country, Carmel is only 3 hours away and Lake Tahoe and the mountains are an easy 4 hour drive. The beauty and the lively environment are always a special treat.

The house is on a street that ends in a cul de sac and is located on a peninsula that juts into Richardson Bay with spectacular views of the water, the city and the Bay Bridge. A memorable view every day that changes as the light, clouds and sky change.
