Our family vacation home was purchased in 2004 and completely rebuilt. This 2400 square foot house has beautiful hardwood floors and modern amenities.

Why Amy Whiteley chose Hat Creek

Because of our family's love of the outdoors, we purchased this home and completely remodeled it in 2004. Being that the area provides some of the best fishing and hunting in the state it was a natural choice. We are also avid golfers and really enjoy the proximity to the golf course.

What makes this house unique

This property was chosen for it's location. A short walk across the fairway to the country club to golf, a short drive to fly fishing and hunting, or a short walk into town.
