One bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs. One bath downstairs, no tub, shower only. Screened in porches, front and back, as well as upstairs porch for morning coffee. Kitchen has necessities: pots and pans, dishes, microwave and coffee pot! Newly remodeled with great counter space! There are charcoal grills in the backyard and plenty of room for parking and relaxing. Spacious stone patio great for entertaining. Within walking distance to the Library, playground, dock, nature trails, Kayak and canoe rentals, shopping, grocery, and a great restaurant. This cottage is situated in a central location on a family-friendly street.
I grew up in Watertown, just over the bridge, and had summers in T.I.P. We have since moved our residence away from the North Country, but it kept calling me! My mom summers there and let me know when The Maples came up for sale. We jumped at the chance to get back home near friends and family. It's been a wonderful addition to our family. We have been making memories with friends and family and it's an integral part of my sons' history now. We treat each guest as family and take pride in sharing this piece of history with you.

The Maples had great potential and was in a great location in T.I.P. Close enough to amenities, yet off the busiest street. Also, it's just down the street from my mom! We love the Thousand Island area, 'Where time stands still'. It has a very cozy feeling.
I guess my favorite place at The Maples has to be our front porch at night. Sitting there reading or chatting with friends, seeing all the other front porch lights on and hearing laughter throughout the park. It's a calm relaxing feeling that is so elusive off the Island!
